Can the Mark help with SI joint pain?

Tightness in the iliacus and psoas muscles can contribute to SI joint pain. These muscles attach directly to your lumbar spine, pelvis, SI joint, tailbone, and hips. When tight or there are imbalances side to side, these muscles can pull and twist these areas out of alignment.
