Can the Mark help with groin pain?

Tightness in the iliacus and psoas muscles (your hip flexors) can contribute to groin pain. These muscles cross the hip joint and insert along the inside of the femur in the groin region. When these muscles become tight, the range of motion coming from the hip joint is restricted and the surrounding muscles may tighten up as well. This may create irritation, discomfort, and pain in the groin region and also in the surrounding areas of the hip.

Releasing the psoas and iliacus muscles with the Mark can help with improving the alignment and range of motion coming from the hips, letting the surrounding muscles and those in the groin region calm down and relax. You may also find it helpful to release any tension in the groin and adductor muscles to help this recovery process.
