Can the Mark help with pain from a hip labrum tear?

Tightness in the iliacus and psoas muscles (your hip flexors) can contribute to hip labrum injuries. These muscles attach directly to the hips and pelvis. When tight, these muscles pull the pelvis forward into an anterior tilt, decreasing the available space within the joint. This restricts the hip's ability to move smoothly, leading to increased friction on the different soft tissues inside of the hip socket, such as the hip labrum. Over time, this could lead to a hip labrum injury or tear, causing pain in the hip and groin area.

The Mark is designed to apply pressure to the iliacus and psoas muscles to reduce tightness. When used consistently over time, the Mark can help support an improved alignment of the pelvis and hips into a more neutral and balanced position. This can create more space for the hip joint to move more smoothly, which can reduce friction and irritation of the hip labrum and other soft tissues of the hip, reducing your pain.
