Can the Range help with neck arthritis?

Yes. Tightness in the muscles around your head, neck, chest, and shoulders can contribute to upper body dysfunction, which contributes to poor posture (like forward head posture and rounded shoulders) and gradual "wear and tear" that happens to the discs and joints in the neck over time. Along with all of this tightness is commonly some inflammation of the joints in the neck (called arthritis) and this causes pain.

The Range, formerly the Nuckle, is a tool designed to apply pressure to the many tense muscles around your head, neck, chest, and shoulders to reduce tightness. With 3 sets of tips of varying widths and angles, you are able to reach every spot that needs it. Releasing tension in these areas supports better posture and alignment of your upper body, and can reduce pain or limitations caused by neck arthritis. Your neck will be able to move better and feel better when it is in better alignment.

We’ve had many users of the Range share with us that their neck pain and tension have greatly reduced since applying pressure into these muscles, as well as noticing an improvement in their posture! However, every person's situation is unique. No matter what your history or symptoms are, consult with your healthcare practitioner before initiating any new tool or treatment. This information here is educational in nature and not medical advice.
