Can the Mark help me if I have a disc injury?

The psoas and iliacus (your hip flexors) function to provide stability and support the pelvis and spine in their proper alignment. When tight, these muscles can pull the lower back out of alignment, which may place extra strain or compression on the joints, nerves, and discs in the lumbar spine and ultimately lead to an injury (e.g. herniated disc, bulging disc, etc.).

The Mark is designed to apply pressure to the iliacus and psoas muscles to reduce tightness. When used consistently over time, the Mark can help support an improved alignment of the pelvis and lumbar spine back into a more neutral and balanced position. This can give the muscles, joints, discs, and nerves in the lower back region a better chance to heal, reducing your pain.
