Using the Range on your neck

If you've never done muscle release on your neck before...

Please take it slow and ease yourself into the amount of pressure. The tips of the Range are strong and precise, so the pressure you feel can be pretty intense at first (especially if you are very tight). Start off with some of the modifications to help reduce the pressure and gradually increase that when you're ready for it.

General guidelines and recommendations

  • Always start off with less pressure before increasing the intensity
  • If anything causes an increase in pain or discomfort, please stop and give yourself a break
