How often should you use the Range?
Everyone's needs will be a bit different when it comes to frequency of use. The most important thing is consistency. Create a routine that works for you and stick with it. Some people use the Range every single day or even multiple times per day. Others use it every other day or less often. Do what your body feels that it needs, but also be sure to listen to your body. Rest and recovery are important following muscle release sessions.
When should I use the Range?
We recommend that you use your Range to help prepare your body for your day and before your favorite activity, or before any other activity that typically causes you to feel tight and have pain. Try it first thing in the morning and before a workout. Try it before you go to bed or before you go on a long road trip or plane ride. You may also use it after any of these activities to help support recovery.
How long will it take until I feel better?
Everyone's healing process can be a bit different. Most of the time, time to improvement comes down to your consistency with your routine. Optimize your use of the Range by using our other products alongside the Range as part of our full-body optimization sequence. Many of our customers share that they see positive changes in how their body feels within the first 14-30 days of using our products.
If you are also seeing a physical therapist, chiropractor, or another practitioner, being compliant with the other prescribed stretches and exercises is a great idea that should help. Do these after you have used your Aletha tools. Releasing tension in your muscles first should help accelerate your healing process alongside these other treatments (compared to doing them while not releasing your muscles).
If your issue is not improving or you are experiencing more pain, see a healthcare practitioner for more help assessing your situation.
