Yes. Tightness in the muscles around your head, neck, chest, and shoulders can contribute to a rounded forward shoulder posture. One of the primary reasons this product was created was to target the tight pec muscles (such as the pec minor) that are responsible for rolling your shoulders inward and forward. You may also use the tool to target your pec major muscle and the other upper chest muscles that line the underside of your collarbone.
The Range, formerly the Nuckle, is a tool designed to apply pressure to the many tense muscles around your head, neck, chest, and shoulders to reduce tightness. With 3 sets of tips of varying widths and angles, you are able to reach every spot that needs it. Releasing tension in these areas supports better posture and alignment of your upper body, and can reduce pain or limitations caused by rounded shoulders.
We’ve had many users of the Range share with us that their chest & shoulder tension has greatly reduced since applying pressure into these muscles, as well as noticing an improvement in their posture! However, every person's situation is unique. No matter what your history or symptoms are, consult with your healthcare practitioner before initiating any new tool or treatment.
