Can the Mark help me improve pelvic floor pain?

Tightness in the iliacus and psoas muscles (your hip flexors) can contribute to pelvic floor pain. These muscles attach to the inside of the pelvis and the connective tissue of the iliacus blends with the bowl of the pelvic floor. When tight, these muscles can pull the pelvis out of alignment and cause strain on the pelvic floor, where it can affect the nerves and the muscles involved in the health of your bowel, bladder, and reproductive systems.

The Mark is designed to apply pressure to the iliacus and psoas muscles to reduce tightness. When used consistently over time, the Mark can help support an improved alignment of the pelvis, loosen the muscles surrounding the hips, and support improvements in pelvic floor health.
